I have a complaint or questions about the status of my shipment
Oops! This is not a return... but it's usually the first place to look. Please contact us via the general Contact Us form (at the bottom of the website).

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order free of charge as long as we have not made the order available to the carrier (we are very fast!).

We will refund you immediately and, depending on your bank, it can take up to 10-14 days (usually it takes much less).

How long do I have to make an exchange or return?
You have 30 calendar days from the moment you receive the package or Gift Card.
Sometimes (Christmas campaign, for example) we extend this period so the best option for you will prevail, but in no case less than 30 calendar days.

Can I exchange or return any item?
Yes, there is no problem as long as the products are in perfect condition, have not been used and retain their original packaging. We will check them as soon as we receive them.

How is the return process?
If you want to return your order from Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) or Portugal, and you have paid the shipping costs when placing the order, we will take care of it. If your order qualified for free shipping, we will deduct the return shipping costs (3,90€) from the refund.

To proceed with the return, once you inform us of your request, our customer service team will send you a postal label to attach to the product(s) you wish to return and take it to the post office of your choice to process it.

If you would like us to send a carrier to your home address to carry out the return, you should indicate this on the return request. The cost of this service would be 5,90€ which we would deduct from the refund.

In case you are in another location other than the one mentioned above, we ask you to make the return to the address below. We are not responsible for possible loss, so we recommend that it is sent by a carrier with tracking number and traceability.

On the other hand, if the error has been ours and we have sent you an incorrect product or it is broken or damaged, we will replace it at our own expense.

How can I make an exchange or return?
Complete the contact form at the bottom of this page. Please indicate your order number and the reason for the return and tell us where you want to send your order back from.

Where can I find my order number?
You can find it on all email notifications received.

Can I keep the original item after requesting an exchange?
No. We must receive the original item before sending the replacement product.

How and when will I receive the refund?
You will receive the amount by the same payment method used for your purchase. We will process it as soon as possible, but depending on your bank it can take up to 10-14 days (it usually takes much less).
