Whoops! This is not a return … but it is usually the first place we all look at. Please, contact us through the general purpose form you can find in the Contact area (you will find at the website footer).
Can I cancel the order?
Yes. You can cancel your order at no cost as long as we have not delivered the order to the courier (be careful, we are very fast!).
We will refund you immediately and, depending on your bank, it can take up to 10-14 days (normally it takes much less).
How long do I have to make an exchange or return?
You have 30 calendar days from the moment you received the parcel or gift card.
Can I exchange or return any item?
Yes. There is no problem as long as the products are in perfect condition, have not been used and keep their original packaging. We will review them as soon as we receive them.
How is the return process?
If you want to return your order from Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) or Portugal, and you have paid the shipping costs when placing the order, we will take care of it. If your order is eligible for free shipping, we will deduct the return shipping (€3.90) from the refund.
In case you are in a different location than the ones mentioned, please the return the items to the address indicated below. We are not responsible for the possible loss, so we recommend sending through a carrier with tracking number.

How can I make an exchange or return?
Fill in the form at the bottom of this page. Indicate your order number and the reason for the return and tell us from where do you want to send the order back.

You can find it in all notifications received by email.
Can I keep the original item after requesting a change?
No. Before sending the replacement product, we must receive the original item.
How and when will I receive the refund amount?
